Jesus is the absolute BEST representation for love. How to unconditionally love, how to safely receive love from others, and how to love ourselves. Whether we are discussing faith or not, this love is always a prominent part of my therapy.
Express Yourself in New Ways
Art is often used as a way to express emotions and process trauma that are otherwise difficult to identify or work through. I will join you in session to explore our world through art.
